Do you offer in-store shopping?
We don’t offer in-store shopping, as we operate from a warehouse. However, if there's something specific you’d like to see and feel, please contact us in advance and we’ll be happy to arrange it for you.

Do you offer local pick up?
Yes we do, simply choose local pick up at check out.

How long will my order take to arrive?
We ship orders via Express Australia Post. 1-3 business days depending on your location. Orders placed by 12:30 PM (AEDT), Monday–Thursday are dispatched same day. Orders placed after 12:30 PM on Thursday will be shipped the following Monday, as we don’t dispatch on Fridays or weekends.

Does your adhesive contain latex?
All our adhesives are latex free.

Can i return or exchange a product?
Due to hygiene standards, we do not accept returns on opened lash products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

How long does your adhesives last?
Each adhesive has its own unique expiry date. You’ll find the expiry date clearly listed on each individual product page, so you can shop with confidence.
